Casa Antillón

Created in 2019

Casa Antillón is an art, architecture and design collective founded in Madrid in 2019 conformed by Ismael López (Santander, 1994), Yosi Negrín (Santa Cruz de Tenerife, 1994), Marta Ochoa (Huesca, 1994), and Emmanuel Álvarez (Madrid, 1994), four architects graduated from the ETSAM at the Polytechnic University of Madrid. Their practice explores different cultural territories, from curating emerging art to the spatial construction of architecture. In this sense, beyond the scale of the project, their work always shares experimentation, through research or rehearsal, and imagination, which tests our limits. As an architecture and design studio, they flow between different artistic areas, with a certain eagerness for the indefinition of formats and disciplines.

Their most outstanding works are the functional art collections: "Domestic Fictions" (2021) and "UnderBlue" (2022) "Nueva Carolina" (2023) and architectural projects "MOOD Hair Salon" (2021), "CARA MELA" (2022) "Pabellón TOUS" (2023). They have participated in conferences and workshops at UPM, CCC Barcelona, TAI School, and teach at IED Madrid.
