1. INVOICING, PAYMENT METHODS AND FINANCING
Once the purchase has been confirmed, an invoice is issued with the data previously indicated by the customer.

The following payment methods are accepted:
- Bank transfer

For works with a value of more than € 2.000, the gallery offers its own financing system for a maximum period of 3 to 6 months, depending on the value of the work being financed. For the conditions of this financing, please contact the gallery.

The artwork will not be delivered until full payment has been made.

2. TAXES
Please note that taxes are subject to the origin of the payment and customs duties depend on the final destination of the artwork, the payment of both is the responsibility of the client. Refusal to pay these costs will result in the total cancellation of the purchase. Transport costs and duties associated with a cancellation will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.

Sales within the European Union are tax exempt, as long as the end customer has a VAT (Value added Tax) number, otherwise the added tax is 21% according to Spanish law.

Sales outside the European Union are tax exempt provided that the departure of the artwork from the EU is proven by means of a BoL (Bill of Lading) or proof of export issued by a certified carrier. In the event that the departure of the artwork cannot be justified within 3 months, 21% VAT will be charged according to Spanish law.

3. CERTIFICATION
All artworks are certified by a document included in the packaging, issued by the gallery and signed by the artist. The certificate is delivered after the total payment of the artwork. The delivery of the certificate implies the transfer of the title and right of possession of the work.

This document is unique and duplicates cannot be made in order to guarantee the security of collectors and artists.

4. PACKAGING, COLLECTION/SHIPPING AND TRACKING
The gallery offers advice on the aggregate costs of packaging and transport even before the commitment to purchase.

We act as an intermediary between the end customer and the packaging and/or transport provider, however, the gallery is exempt from any liability and/or damage that may arise from anomalies in these services. Payment for packing and transport services is made by the client directly to the service provider.

Soft packing is included in the price for all works, except for works where otherwise indicated. If the final client requires crating, the gallery will advise on suppliers and the client will be responsible for the cost of crating.

Once the payment is completed, the client will receive a confirmation email where the client will be able to request a collection of the artwork directly at the gallery at no additional cost.

In the case of not being able to pick up the artwork at the gallery, we offer different shipping options. The transport and the cost of the same are determined by the final destination of the work. All shipping times are estimates and delivery cannot be guaranteed; the gallery is not responsible for any delays in transit of the artwork.

The gallery will assist the client in tracking and tracing the artwork until delivery.

5. INSURANCE AND INCIDENTS
The works are insured by the gallery only on its premises. The insurance offered by the gallery expires 30 days after receipt of the email confirmation of full payment for the artwork.

The gallery will provide a condition report of the artwork to the client and designated carrier at the moment the artwork leaves our premises.

Transport insurance is the responsibility of the client and in most cases, the specialised transport provider offers this service.

In the event of incidents such as loss of or damage to the artwork, the client must immediately contact the carrier and send a photographic report of the conditions where the damage can be seen. The gallery must be included in this correspondence.
